Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), commonly known as IP University, has officially launched the admissions process for the academic session 2026-27 with the release of its latest admission brochures for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctoral (PhD) programs.
Applications Start Soon
The university will begin accepting online applications from February 2, 2026. Interested students can apply through the university’s admission portal when the registration window opens. This forms part of the wider admissions cycle for more than 43,000 seats across IP University schools and over 130 affiliated colleges.

For the 2026-27 session, IP University has introduced 24 new academic programmes tailored to current industry trends and student interests. These additions expand opportunities in fields such as:

Seat Availability & Affiliations
Across its university schools and partner colleges, IP University has over 43,000 seats available for UG, PG and PhD courses in disciplines ranging from engineering and law to management and design. Alongside new programs, the university has also affiliated nine additional colleges, increasing its reach and capacity.
Admission Through Multiple Exams
Admissions into various programs will be based on a mix of university-level Common Entrance Tests (CETs) and national-level exams, including:

- CMAT
- CLAT
- CUET

Application Fee and Counselling
