AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The AAI Junior Executive Recruitment through GATE 2025 selection is based on valid GATE scores, document verification, and medical standards. GATE Score Based Shortlisting – Candidates must have a valid GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 score in the relevant discipline. Equal weightage is given for all three years.
Application Verification – Shortlisted candidates are called for document verification, where they must produce original certificates, identity proof, and self-attested copies.
Merit List Preparation – The final merit list is prepared purely on the basis of GATE scores, subject to meeting all other eligibility criteria.
Tie-Breaking Rules – In case of equal GATE scores:

Training for Electronics Discipline – Selected Junior Executive (Electronics) candidates undergo approximately 6 months of training and must execute a ₹7 lakh surety bond to serve AAI for at least 3 years after training.
Medical Standards – Candidates must meet AAI’s prescribed medical standards; colour blindness and night blindness are rejection criteria except for identified PwBD posts, if you clear this stage, then only you will be selected.
