Rajasthan Lab Assistant Recruitment 2026: 804 jobs available; apply starting January 27

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB/RSSB) has officially announced that it is hiring Lab Assistants and Junior Lab Assistants for 2026. The goal of this hiring campaign is to fill 804 open positions in different government departments in Rajasthan.

The SSO Portal Rajasthan lets eligible candidates apply online. You can apply from January 27 to February 25, 2026. This is a great chance for students in the science stream to get a government job with a good salary at Pay Matrix Level 8.

Requirements for eligibility: age and education

1. Level of education

Candidates must have finished Class 12th (Senior Secondary) with science subjects from a board that is well-known.

2. Age Limit (as of January 1, 2027)

Extra Relaxation: All candidates get a 3-year general age relaxation because there is a gap between recruitment cycles.
